These terms define the basic responsibilities for using the Vizora website and seller analytics service.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to authorize each marketplace, shop or advertising account. Sellers must keep account credentials secure and disconnect accounts when access should end.
Third-party platforms
Marketplace and advertising data may be delayed, incomplete or changed by third-party API providers. Vizora is not responsible for outages, policy changes or data limitations caused by those providers.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Vizora to scrape platforms, bypass platform authorization, abuse APIs, access accounts without permission or process data in violation of applicable laws or platform terms.
Limitation of liability
Vizora provides analytics and operational software. Sellers remain responsible for business decisions, financial reporting, tax treatment, campaign operations and marketplace compliance.
