Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Vizora handles marketplace, shop and advertising data authorized by sellers.
Vizora processes seller-authorized marketplace and advertising data, including shop information, orders, order items, products, SKUs, inventory fields, settlements when granted, advertiser accounts, campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, purchases and revenue reporting metrics.
We use authorized data to provide dashboards, profit and loss analysis, inventory views, platform comparison, campaign reporting, ROAS analysis, sync logs and account connection status. Vizora does not sell seller data.
Access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and used only to call the relevant platform APIs for the seller's authorized workflows. Sellers may disconnect integrations in the Vizora app.
Vizora shares data only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, or when required by law. We do not share seller marketplace or advertising data with unrelated third parties for resale.
Vizora retains data while the seller account is active or as needed for service operation, audit, legal or security purposes. Sellers can request deletion through the data deletion page or by emailing support@vizora.vn.
